Two of our fully equipped self catered studio apartments  are on the 5th floor in the newly constructed building EuroCity Carrara by Europort in Gibraltar. They  are both east facing and have  wonderful views towards the rock and pool views. 

All our studios (39-41sqm) are open plan with a modern fitted kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, microwave/grill). The lounge areas have  comfortable seating and a modern TV with fibre optic broadband internet connection. All UK TV Sky channels available with 14 days catch up tv on selected channels. Amazon Prime, Netflix Premium and Disney Plus videos available free on the TV App.

The studios have a king size bed (1.5x2m) and a sofa that can be made into a double bed upon request. Sofabed (1.4x1.9m) for ONE ADULT or TWO CHILDRENS.

There is a communal outdoor swimming pool. Open all year. Free and exclusively for residents. We provide towels for the sun loungers.

If you are planning to get married in Gibraltar, We can provide a proof of stay for the registry office towards your application. 

We work directly with a licensed wedding planner - Rock Occasions who looks after bridal couple from paper works, bouquet, photography, celebration meals, wedding cake, coaches service, tour, witness, make up, hair, nail etc.

From the Marriages & Civil Partnerships in Gibraltar Guidance Notes:

"Non-residents wishing to get married or enter into a civil partnership in Gibraltar must provide the Registrar with documentary evidence that they will be staying in Gibraltar, for at least one night, immediately prior to or, immediately after the ceremony."

Our apartments are fully registered with the local authority and income tax office.
